COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE. At GRUPO ZUGATECH, S.A. DE C.V. we are committed to protecting your personal data with absolute confidentiality, following the principles established by applicable Mexican data protection law (LFDPPP). This notice regulates the terms and conditions under which the Company is authorized to obtain and process your personal data, whether in person, by email or through Grupo Zugatech websites and digital platforms.

GRUPO ZUGATECH, S.A. (b) Promoting and contracting our professional consulting, advisory, training and IT business strategy development services. (c) Hiring and subcontracting qualified technical and professional staff. Data may be used to provide requested goods and/or services, ensure efficient service, send relevant product information, report on new products or changes, fulfill obligations to our clients, and evaluate service quality. In the case of job offers or applications, data such as name, address, phone, email, photographs, academic and work history, and salary expectations may be requested.

Once received, data will be processed and stored in a database managed by the responsible party, which will implement protection mechanisms to prevent, to the extent possible, unauthorized deviation, alteration, loss, access or processing of the data.

The Company will not disclose data to unauthorized third parties unless such disclosure is required by law or a competent authority order.
VIII. How to Exercise your ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of Personal Data)
The responsible party has established the necessary administrative and material protection mechanisms to ensure that handlers maintain absolute confidentiality of titular information, under applicable civil, administrative and penal responsibilities. Exercising ARCO rights is free of charge, including simple copies or email delivery. To exercise your ARCO rights or revoke your consent, you may do so at our data protection department at the address above, or by emailing avisodeprivacidad@zugatech.com with: a) your full name and contact email; b) documents proving your identity or your legal representative's; c) a clear and precise description of the personal data subject to your request; and d) any document that facilitates locating your data. For rectification requests, please also specify the modifications to be made and provide supporting documentation. The responsible party will communicate the decision within a maximum of twenty business days from receipt of the request. IX. Data Transfers
Your personal data and/or sensitive personal data will not be transferred to any third party, without prejudice to the exceptions set forth in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
